You’ll be tasked with real company projects that will help you understand the role and responsibilities of working in manufacturing.
In depth training on the Rust-Oleum Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing Initiatives including Toyota Production System training- 5S, 8 Wastes, Quick Changeover (SMED) & Root Cause Problem Solving.
Projects to include equipment & process changes to improve efficiency, throughput, and safety.
