Key Requirements
Minimum 5 years in design and implementation of social projects
At least 2 years in supervision roles
Experience in community health, gender, inclusion and child protection projects
Experience working with governments, NGOs, consultants and communities
Tools and methodologies for design, planning, monitoring and evaluation of social projects
Knowledge of current regulations in public health, family, children, gender and social development
Proficiency in MS Office and data management and reporting tools
Excellent interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
Ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams
Organization, attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Ability to make decisions under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Social sensitivity and ability to interact empathetically and respectfully with vulnerable populations
