Job Summary
Serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem, with accountability for strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
Lead Workday's semi-annual release cycles, assess feature impacts, and coordinate testing and deployment across stakeholder groups.
