Job Summary

  • Serve as the primary owner of our Workday ecosystem, with accountability for strategic direction, operational stability, and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee all Workday modules including HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Recruiting, Learning, Financial Management, and Reporting/Analytics.
  • Lead Workday's semi-annual release cycles, assess feature impacts, and coordinate testing and deployment across stakeholder groups.
