The position requires leading the development of manufacturing processes that enable rapid integration of sensors and mission systems on the RAPCON-X platform.

10+ years manufacturing or process engineering experience
Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Aerospace Engineering

Hands-on avionics wiring installation and troubleshooting
Ability to obtain and maintain US Secret Security Clearance
