Up to £40,000; London Living Allowance if within M25; Non-contributory Pension Scheme (8%) included

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Experience in Employee Benefits sector
  • Workplace Pensions and Automatic Enrolment administration
  • Scheme assessments and contribution processing
  • Minimum 5 GCSEs including Maths and English
  • Regulated environment experience

Nice-to-have

  • CII R01 and R04 qualifications
  • Experience with iO platform
  • Knowledge of Group Risk and Healthcare benefits
  • Diploma in Financial Planning progress
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs at grades A-B (Maths and English)
  • Experience in regulated Employee Benefits sector
  • Hands-on knowledge of pension scheme administration
  • CII R01 and R04 certifications preferred
