The primary purpose of this role is to develop, coordinate, direct, and administer the facility's marketing and public relations programs to maintain and increase census.
The incumbent must develop written policies governing the release of information concerning residents and employees in strict accordance with current Privacy Rules and Regulations.
This position requires preparing a departmental operating budget, maintaining confidentiality of protected health information, and serving as a liaison with families and community leaders.
