This role serves as the critical link between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive the D365 Finance roadmap within the Finance department rather than IT.
The Product Owner is responsible for optimizing system configuration across core financial lifecycles such as Record to Report, Procure to Pay, and Order to Cash.
Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, with relocation assistance available for those in the Appleton, WI area.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations expertise
4+ years D365 F&O implementation experience
8+ years finance operations or ERP delivery career
Strong knowledge of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets modules
Experience with SOX controls and segregation of duties
Agile framework proficiency for backlog management
Nice-to-have
Supply chain and manufacturing domain knowledge
Ability to influence Finance leadership on strategy
Post-go-live support and user adoption training skills
Experience working with external implementation partners
Strategic foresight and entrepreneurial spirit values
Key Requirements
Minimum 4 years implementing D365 F&O
Total 8+ years career in finance or ERP delivery
Must be currently authorized to work in the US
