Key Requirements

  • Advanced scientific/medical degree (MD, PhD, PharmD)
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
  • Medical Affairs experience required
  • Prior global medical affairs experience highly preferred
  • Experience in rheumatology, immunology, rare disease highly preferred
  • Launch experience highly preferred
  • Established network with medical experts/opinion leaders preferred
  • Ability to work in a matrix environment required
  • In-depth knowledge of study/clinical methodology preferred
  • Demonstrated track record leading highly matrixed, cross-functional work teams
  • Excellent knowledge of study execution, benefit risk management, and life-cycle management preferred
  • Proven track record of ethical decision making
  • Minimum of 25% domestic and international travel required
