Job Summary
You will be responsible for managing and developing the 'Quality' service to ensure compliance with the criteria defined by the Patek Philippe Seal.
You will be responsible for the development of your teams and the facilitation of the Employee Experience.
You will ensure the quality of watch repairs returned to the International Customer Service (SCI) Haute Horlogerie workshop, in collaboration with the workshop manager.
