Job Summary

  • As a Software Engineering Manager, you will contribute to the products we create while helping to grow the next generation of engineering talent.
  • This role will support our Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW) data teams, which are responsible for building and maintaining scalable data pipelines, supporting data domain analytics, and enabling downstream products such as data views and AtScale cubes.
  • Provides leadership, mentoring, and coaching to Software Engineers, attracting, retaining, and developing top talent to build a world class Software Engineering Team.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in data engineering
  • 2+ years of experience leading and managing engineering teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience)
  • Strong expertise in cloud-based data platforms, preferably GCP / BigQuery
  • Deep knowledge of SQL, data modeling, and large-scale data processing
  • Experience with data orchestration tools, CI/CD pipelines, and modern ETL processes
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
