Job Summary

• The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care and services in accordance with the resident's assessment and care plan.
• Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Nurse Supervisor immediately.
• The role requires assisting residents with daily functions including bathing, dressing, feeding, and transferring while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.
