This fellowship program partners with SkillBridge and Hiring Our Heroes to provide up to six months of on-the-job industry training for eligible service members transitioning to the civilian workforce.
The ISR, Aviation, and Security business area is a leading prime integrator for innovative, high-performance manned and unmanned aircraft systems with end-to-end C4ISR capabilities.
Participants will gain valuable work experience in the civilian sector and build professional networks while preparing for their transition to full-time civilian work.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Active duty military status required
Bachelor's degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering
10+ years of relevant engineering experience
Knowledge of Computer Aided Engineering tools
Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Multi-disciplinary design and development team experience
Nice-to-have
Exposure to Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)
Understanding of aircraft external loads and performance
Familiarity with wind tunnel and flight test
Background in Aerospace and Defense Industry
System-level static and dynamic modeling experience
Knowledge of parametric design and model-based definition
Key Requirements
Currently serving as ACTIVE DUTY military
Eligible to participate in DoD SkillBridge program
Bachelor's of Science degree in related discipline
Ability to obtain and maintain Secret U.S. Security Clearance
