The primary purpose of this job is to provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants to maintain the highest quality care in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
The role includes administrative duties, charting, medication administration, staff development, safety monitoring, and participation in quality assurance and infection control programs.
The position requires leadership skills to manage nursing personnel, ensure compliance with policies, and foster a warm and calm environment for residents and staff.
