Job Summary
Act as a liaison between Labcorp and the clients/patients that we serve.
Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet.

Key Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
3 months or more customer service experience
Associate’s degree preferred
3 months or more contact center experience preferred
3 months or more healthcare industry experience preferred
Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
Experience with Laboratory Information Systems preferred
