Job Summary

  • Act as a liaison between Labcorp and the clients/patients that we serve.
  • Resolve routine customer requests with products or services via inbound, outbound calls, or the Internet.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 months or more customer service experience
  • Associate’s degree preferred
  • 3 months or more contact center experience preferred
  • 3 months or more healthcare industry experience preferred
  • Experience with Salesforce.com preferred
  • Experience with Laboratory Information Systems preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office programs
