Job Summary
The Parent Educator is responsible for using sound professional judgment and best practices to ensure quality services are provided to the service population while maintaining compliance with established program standards.
Facilitate structured group sessions using the Nurturing Parenting® curriculum modules and enroll and serve a minimum of 10 clients per month for 7 weekly sessions.
Demonstrate the ability to respond sensitively and competently to the service population’s cultural and socio-economic characteristics, communicate effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.
