Job Summary

• Scale Engine's growth by making the product the primary engine of discovery, adoption, and expansion, owning the full growth product surface from first click to multi-product power user.
• Own and evolve the communications platform, establish and scale a disciplined test-and-learn engine for experimentation, and build horizontal growth surfaces like dashboard cards and tooltips.
• Lead and develop a team of PMs, aligning closely with design, engineering, data, and go-to-market partners to improve activation, close the gap between signal and action, and drive multi-product accounts at scale.
