5+ years in geotechnical or civil construction
1+ year in lead hand or superintendent role
Ability to read scopes specs drawings
Experience motivating crews and leading high-quality work

Key Requirements
5+ years experience in Geotechnical Environmental Civil industries
1+ year in lead hand foreman or working superintendent roles
