The Settlements and Accounts Receivable Officer will review, reconcile and investigate balances across Ticketmaster platforms and systems, providing client settlements in line with contracted terms.
This position will liaise with clients to ensure settlements are completed correctly per contractual terms, reconcile debtors, and investigate sales versus income differences.
The role involves utilizing the ticketing system for various tasks including inputting session and pricing details, building seating plans, managing account information, and processing ticket requests.
