Facilitate budget planning and management by coordinating with internal functions for ICP and AOP preparation, ensuring timely and accurate monthly accruals, and monitoring budget execution with report analysis.
Drive process optimization and excellence through new employee training, routine policy updates from legal, compliance, finance, and PV, and continuous improvement of internal processes for efficiency and compliance.
