Job Summary

  • The selected candidate will lead and support development, implementation and monitoring of various multi-function program enablers spanning across technical, business, and integration benchmarks.
  • This role will collaborate with cross functional leadership across all levels to identify and manage changes to statement of work, processes, and resource tools used to drive sustainable change.
  • The selected candidate will identify, create, and use project metrics to report to leadership on performance health.

Level 4: $136,850 – 185,150; Level 5: $164,900 – 223,100; Benefits: Included in Total Rewards package

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in MRO / Heavy Modification
  • 4+ years of related work experience
  • 3+ years of experience leading teams or managing projects
  • 4+ years of experience with project management tools
  • 4+ years of advanced Microsoft suite skills
  • 4+ years developing presentations and reporting to leadership
  • Knowledge and development experience with TABLEAU or PowerBI
  • Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance
