Experience with blueprint reading and fabrication
Proficiency in small arms assembly and disassembly
Nice-to-have
Primary instructor experience for weapon systems
Familiarity with bead blasting and metal refinishing
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Experience with ammo inventory and residue management
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent required
Formal one to two year accredited gun-smithing course or two years experience
US Citizenship required for facility credentials
Computer literacy required
Must be able to obtain and maintain facility authorization
