Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in science or engineering with 5+ years manufacturing leadership
  • AAS degree with 7+ years relevant experience
  • High School diploma with 10 years relevant experience
  • 3+ years manufacturing supervisory experience
  • Knowledge of basic accounting and financial practices
  • Experience reading blueprints and work instructions
  • U.S. citizenship or legal permanent resident status required
