The position requires architecting expert knowledge into a standardized enablement Bill of Materials to ensure global consistency and scale across field-facing teams.
Candidates will lead AI readiness by executing regular prompt testing against AI companions to measure output quality and confidence while addressing knowledge gaps.

Salary
Base: $125,000 - $187,600 USD (Atlanta); Base: $118,800 - $211,000 USD (Additional US locations); Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants
