This role will serve as the Finance Leader for the Global Shared Services organization, partnering closely with the GSS Leadership team to provide strong budget ownership, financial stewardship, and investment oversight.

Key Requirements
8+ years progressive experience in FP&A, transformation finance, shared services finance, or finance business partnering
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
Proven track record building financial governance, business cases, and executive reporting cadences
Strong financial acumen
Executive presence and ability to influence across a matrixed stakeholder environment
Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and long range planning in complex/global environments
