Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected abuse to the Nurse Supervisor or Charge Nurse as soon as practical.
The role requires performing tasks such as measuring vital signs, assisting with personal care, and maintaining a calm environment throughout the unit.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Licensed Certified Nursing Assistant required
Assist residents with daily hygiene and mobility
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
Report changes in resident condition immediately
Maintain strict confidentiality of health information
Follow infection control and safety protocols
