Job Summary
This position supports operation, inspection, and maintenance processes with primary focus on heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in assigned facilities.
The role assists on-site Engineers in maintenance and repair efforts while independently performing defined HVAC tasks, including inspections and repairs to assigned property interior and exterior areas.

Base: 50,000.00 – 60,000.00 USD per year; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: 401(k) plan with matching company contributions, Comprehensive Medical, Dental & Vision Care, Paid parental leave at 100% of salary, Paid Time Off and Company Holidays, Early access to earned wages through Daily Pay

Key Requirements
1-2 years of related work experience
HVAC Trade school, union training, military service or college is desirable
Universal CFC certification
