The successful candidate will drive the full executive search lifecycle for C-suite mandates across sports franchises, leagues, and adjacent organizations.
WME provides a competitive compensation package including base salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 annually plus incentives and benefits.

Skills & Requirements
Must-have
8+ years in executive recruitment or HR
Direct experience in sports business environment
Deep network across sports ownership and leagues
Experience with C-suite and senior leadership mandates
Nice-to-have
Prior experience at executive search firm
Familiarity with CRM and ATS platforms
Comfort operating in startup-within-a-company
Experience supporting diversity and inclusion hiring
Key Requirements
8+ years of experience in HR or talent acquisition
Meaningful portion focused on sports business or media
Strong understanding of sports organizational structures and comp norms
