Job Summary

  • The House Assistant Dean supports the overall mission and culture of the house by working in consultation and close partnership with the House Professor-Dean, graduate and undergraduate staff, and student leadership.
  • This position provides direct supervision to professional staff, undergraduate student staff and graduate student staff within the house and has a direct impact on student development by serving as a resource and role model for student staff and residents.
  • The HAD manages all house operations, administrative processes and systems, house budget, and provides critical administrative and logistical support for house and House system-wide academic programs.
