The incumbent must coordinate maintenance services with other departments such as Dietary, Nursing, and Activities while ensuring compliance with all regulations.
This position requires supervising safety programs, managing hazardous chemical storage, and preparing correction plans for any deficiencies noted during government surveys.

Key Requirements
