Key Requirements

  • Active DOD Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • 8+ years coaching Agile teams
  • 5+ years implementing SAFe
  • SAFe SPC certification required
  • Proven experience facilitating PI Planning
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics
