Job Summary

• Support the firm’s Consumer, AI Apps & Speedrun portfolio companies with transactional work including capital raising and M&A advisory in partnership with your Capital Network partners.
• Perform valuation analyses for investment and M&A execution and assist in the execution of financing & strategic processes and portfolio analysis.
• The anticipated salary range for this role is between $184,000 - $214,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
