This position is responsible for supervision of the facility staff, including hiring, developing, training, and evaluating over 60 part-time student employees.
Additional responsibilities of this position include membership and operation assistance with UREC facilities, scheduling, fiscal responsibilities, and event management.

Base: $46,383; Bonus/Equity: Not specified; Benefits: University contributions to health, dental, life and disability insurance, tuition waivers for employees and their families, 12 official holidays, immediate leave accrual, and a choice of retirement programs with university contributions ranging from 5 to 10% of employee salary.
