  • This role brings hospital-level care directly into patients’ homes, supporting recovery in a familiar, comfortable environment.
  • You will support patients across the North Region, including: Beverly, Salem, Peabody, Lynn, Melrose, Medford, Somerville, Lexington, and surrounding communities.
  • This position involves frequent travel between patient home locations throughout the service area.
