This role is responsible for establishing partnerships with Key Account hospitals to ensure product access and safe operations.
The incumbent must manage the formal access process, VBP de-restriction, and insurance reimbursement restrictions across 48 tertiary hospitals.
Success requires strong cross-functional collaboration with business, access, and sales teams to navigate complex policy environments and achieve strategic goals.

Must-have
3+ years KAM experience in pharma
Hospital market access and entry management
VBP product de-restriction and compliance
48 tertiary hospital territory management

Excellent English proficiency (CET-4 level)

Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree or higher
Minimum 3 years of KAM experience in top domestic or foreign pharmaceutical companies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Lotus Notes
Understanding of local pharmaceutical market regulations and policies
