Job Summary

• Assists the Director of Nursing in planning, developing and supervising the activities of the nursing staff, including recruitment, hiring, and training.
• Oversees clinical operations, ensuring resident safety and respectful treatment, and acts as a liaison between residents, families, and physicians.
• Maintains confidentiality, stays abreast of regulatory changes, and provides reports and recommendations to the DON concerning nursing services.
