Employees are responsible for reporting all changes in resident condition, accidents, and incidents to the Health and Wellness Director immediately.

Salary
Base: $22.00-$23.00 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Shift differentials and overtime may be available; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k) with match, PTO
