Salary
Base: $107,700 - $161,500; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for variable cash programs and potential equity; Benefits: Wide range of benefits including genomics sequencing, family planning, health/dental/vision, retirement, and paid time off

Key Requirements
8 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree
6 years and a Master’s degree
PhD with 3 years of experience
BS or BA in Business, Finance, Accounting
Biotechnology or pharmaceutical experience strongly preferred
Strong business partnering skills
Financial acumen
Communication skills
Experience in a diverse, global environment
Effective internal control environment knowledge
Advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
