Base: £35,000 - £38,000 per annum; Bonus/Equity: plus quarterly performance bonuses; Benefits: 33 days holiday (pro rata), NEST pension, Blue Light Card, and a free Employee Assistance Programme

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in a care leadership role
• Essential experience with Learning Disabilities and Epilepsy
