Job Summary

  • The person in this role will develop and lead the strategy for the Center of Excellence ensuring training programs and delivery align with internal and external business needs and expectations.
  • Key responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to: Work with the General Manager of the India Training Center and the General Manager of the East Hartford Training Center to develop a strategy and vision for Customer Training Centers to support customer and employee training that aligns with the overall customer business objectives.
  • As a representative to the Board of Directors - provide leadership on organizational matters as needed.

Key Requirements
