Provide day-to-day legal transactional support to bankers, loan operations, credit teams and external counsel with respect to documenting and structuring commercial lending transactions / products.
Monitor and keep current on industry trends and legal / regulatory developments impacting commercial lending generally.

Base: $170,000-$220,000; Bonus/Equity: eligibility to earn an annual bonus; Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, 401k with match, tuition reimbursement, etc.
