Job Summary

  • Act as the brain trust for the Chief People and Culture Officer on all matters related to people strategy.
  • Provide strategic advice, insights, and support regarding ongoing enterprise initiatives and review functional-related plans.
  • Collaborate with the CPCO and P&C Leadership Team to develop and refine P&C goals, objectives, and strategic initiatives, including Board and EXCO presentations.
