Job Summary
Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise day-to-day nursing activities performed by nursing assistants in accordance with federal, state, and local standards.
Perform administrative duties including completing forms, reports, evaluations, and charting, as well as preparing and administering medications and treatments.
Participate in staff development, safety, sanitation, and equipment/supply management to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
