Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 5-10 years power plant or manufacturing experience
  • Experience with thermal treatment and boiler systems
  • Proven track record implementing HS&E programs
  • Strong Six Sigma/Lean tool application skills
  • Ability to manage O&M budgets and forecasts

Nice-to-have

  • Black belt or Green belt certification preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field
  • Experience in specialty chemical plant environments
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cultural change
  • Strong community and client relationship building

Key Requirements

  • 5-10 years progressive power plant or manufacturing experience
  • Previous management experience in industrial facilities
