Job Summary

  • Responsible for Project finances, working with the project superintendent to maintain project budget, schedule, job-site safety and project quality.
  • Study and understand project drawings, specifications, subcontract agreements and purchase orders, and be responsible for writing subcontracts and purchase orders.
  • Manage the change order process, including reviewing changes, obtaining pricing, and gaining approvals, as well as preparing As-Built drawings and specifications.
