Job Summary
The Registered Nurse Quality Practice Advisor will partner with the Care Navigation team to improve the quality of the Kidney Health Management clinical program.
This role requires regular travel over 50% to support practices and healthcare sites within the New York City geographic market.
Candidates must maintain documentation in compliance with National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) standards while educating providers on chronic conditions.

Must-have
Active unrestricted RN license required
Bachelor's degree in healthcare field
3 years experience in managed care setting
Valid driver's license and automobile insurance
Regular travel within assigned region required
