  • The Sales Development Manager will be responsible for coaching, mentoring, and motivating a team of sales driven SDR’s who are responsible for outbound prospecting to qualify opportunities and generate revenue for Achievers.
  • You will collaborate closely with marketing, regional sales leaders, and enablement teams to build a strategy for your team to not only identify new opportunities, but to develop the skillset of your team to become the salespeople of tomorrow.
  • This is an opportunity to join a high-growth Sales Development department within an emerging HR Technology market to lead a team that is critical to the growth of Achievers.
