Key Requirements

  • Graduate of ACPE-accredited College of Pharmacy
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy Degree
  • PGY1 residency training or 3 years experience
  • AR licensure or eligible for licensure
  • Board Certified preferred
  • 5 years applicable experience preferred
