Job Summary

  • The RN will provide patients who have chronic conditions the support, education, and assistance in the prevention and/or maintenance of their disease and/or health and wellness state.

Key Requirements

  • Associate's Degree, Nursing Diploma, Bachelor's in Nursing, or Master's in Nursing
  • Valid RN License
  • Minimum of 1 year Registered Nursing experience
  • 3 years of RN experience preferred
  • 2 years in a clinical environment preferred
  • 2 years Medical-Surgical experience preferred
  • ACLS certification preferred or obtain within one year
