2+ years Social Value or CSR management
UK Public Sector supplier track record
Knowledge of PPN 06/20 Social Value Model
Experience with National TOMs measurement tools
Budget management of £50k+
Nice-to-have
Strong network within UK public sector
Excellent written and presentational skills
Commercially astute with procurement awareness
Ability to build cross-functional networks
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree required
PRINCE2, APM, or PMP certification
Minimum 2 years UK Public Sector experience
Verifiable experience with Modern Slavery Act 2015
Hands-on experience with Social Value Portal or Thrive
