Base: $66,000 - $171,600; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for company bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive program including 401(k) and health insurance
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
5 years experience including 2 years GMP
Multi-disciplinary team work in Automation/MES
Fluent English communication skills
On-site presence in Lebanon, IN
Nice-to-have
Prior electronic batch record implementation experience
Critical evaluation of technical issues
Ability to manage multiple project deadlines
Clear succinct communication with all levels
Experience building scalable best practices
Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering
Minimum 5 years total experience
2 years within GMP manufacturing environment
